François Georges

Associé

A native of Luxembourg, François Georges has a Master's degree in Business Administration from NYU-Stern and is a registered chartered accountant. His experience results from a successful international career for over ten years in New York and Luxembourg working in the field of accounting and finance for a major consulting company. He also is responsible for setting up and managing Luxembourg based holding structures for leading European companies.

François Georges is fluent in French, English, German and Luxembourgish.

 

Anne-Marie Pratiffi

Company Secretary

Fluent in French, English and Italian, Anne-Marie Pratiffi is responsible for setting up and legal administration of the client entities.

She follows all changes and updates in Luxembourgish legislation that might affect the client companies and hereby ensures the continuous secure establishment of our client structures in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.

She has 10 years experience in the domiciliation and administration of companies in Luxembourg. She worked with François Georges during the creation and administration of a large multinational holding structures in Luxembourg for several years and joined Georges & Associes at its creation in 2005.

 

Edouard Georges

Legal advisor

Edouard Georges is responsible for the creation, legal and administrative management of the clients entities, as well the as the relation with Luxembourg authorities. He advises the clients in their project development and oversees the legal activities in their entities.

Born in Luxembourg, Edouard Georges graduated in business law from the University of Buckingham (UK) and received a post graduate degree in commercial law. In addition, he attended various courses in corporate, European and tax law.

In Luxembourg, he attended the EFFAS (European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies) and IFBL (Institut de Formation Bancaire du Luxembourg) certification. He received the diploma of certified financial analyst.

During his 10 years career, he acquired a substantial experience in corporate governance thanks to his position as general secretary of an important Luxembourg based industrial group. He has assisted the CEO in the development and the monitoring of the group’s operational plan.
