François Georges

A native of Luxembourg, François Georges has a Master's degree in Business Administration from NYU-Stern and is a registered chartered accountant. His experience results from a successful international career for over ten years in New York and Luxembourg working in the field of accounting and finance for a major consulting company. He also is responsible for setting up and managing Luxembourg based holding structures for leading European companies.

François Georges is fluent in French, English, German and Luxembourgish.

 

Anne-Marie Pratiffi

Company Secretary

Fluent in French, English and Italian, Anne-Marie Pratiffi is responsible for setting up and legal administration of the client entities.

She follows all changes and updates in Luxembourgish legislation that might affect the client companies and hereby ensures the continuous secure establishment of our client structures in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.

She has 10 years experience in the domiciliation and administration of companies in Luxembourg. She worked with François Georges during the creation and administration of a large multinational holding structures in Luxembourg for several years and joined Georges & Associes at its creation in 2005.

 

 

Serge De Ceuninck

Chief Accountant

Serge De Ceuninck has an accounting and insurance degree from ESEJ as well as master of economic sciences from the University of Liège.

After 17 years of activity in the financial sector as a corporate accounting analyst in Belgium, he joined Georges & Associés in Luxembourg in 2008.

He is responsible for assuring a dedicated and personalized  contact with the Company’s clients. In charge of a team of 6 accountants since 2009, he supervises their work and verifies the correct application of accounting principles and the respect of deadlines.
